  • All orders are shipped directly from our international suppliers.

  • Our suppliers may be located outside the United Kingdom, including China.

  • As a result, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Costs may vary depending on the destination, weight of the package, and selected shipping method.


5. Responsibility & Risk

  • Once tracking information confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.

  • Ines and James London is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once delivery has been confirmed.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

  • Any address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing an order. Changes requested after this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
