Returns & Refund Policy
At Ines and James London, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs or import charges.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all original labels, tags, and packaging.

Trying on items is permitted; however, wearing items beyond fitting is not allowed.

Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes or variants with the intention of returning part of the order are not permitted and may be refused.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these conditions.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@inesandjames.com within 14 days of receiving your order, clearly stating your order number and reason for return.

After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which may be located outside the United Kingdom (e.g. China).

Ship the item back at your own expense. All shipping fees, customs duties, and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. Ines and James London is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, and confirmed to meet our return conditions, your refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after approval.

Refunds are always made via the original payment method used during checkout.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage

Items without original tags or packaging

Items returned outside the 14-day return window

Items returned without prior approval
5. Liability & Responsibility

Ines and James London is not responsible for lost packages if tracking confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes cannot be guaranteed.
